お昼ご飯は、大阪市内にある中央軒で皿うどんを食べてました。実は、ココ友人に教えもらったお店なんです。こいつに、お酢をいっぱいかけて食べたら美味しかったですよ。今度は、麺が長崎から直送されている、チャンポンを食べてみるかな。

カリフラワーのピクルス

今日は、酸っぱいものが食べたくてカリフラワーのピクルスを作ってみました。先ずは、カリフラワーを一口サイズに切り塩をかけておきます。米酢を煮立て塩等の調味料で味を整えた物と、カリフラワーを合わせアラ熱をとり冷蔵庫で冷やした食べられます。
